VENDOR INTEREST APPLICATION FORM
We welcome your application for the fair. Please fill out the interest form below and we will endeavour get back to you within two weeks of application (due to the large volume of applications responses may take a little longer in busy periods, thanks in advance for your understanding).
Please note some categories are already full, and we base our acceptance on a % ratio of total vendors to ensure the Fair is evenly weighted in numbers and offers couples variety within categories.
“I’ve been a vendor every year in the Valley Loves wedding fair, since it’s debut into the scene in 2017. The physical fairs that took place in the Yarra Valley every April, were a roaring success. The atmosphere akin to that of a music festival, but for weddings! Hundreds of people, drinks flowing, food trucks and more. I love meeting new couples on the day and hanging out with all the other vendors too, it’s honestly one of my favourite days of the year. Every year also has seen me receive well and truly enough bookings from couples to significantly cover the return on my investment of partaking in the fair.
My personal tip for other vendors; Like life - you get out of it, what you put into it. If you think just simply signing up and paying to be a vendor, means your business is suddenly going to transform and generate dozens of new bookings, you’re sadly mistaken. We are all a community and we love each other, but many other vendors are still your competitors. Have fun with it, work hard and enjoy! ”
