Prizes are not transferrable however this is at the discretion of the individual prize giver to make exceptions
Current clients of any of the prize givers may not be eligible to win prizes from these prize givers, unless at the approval of the prize giver.
Prize winners are also subject to individual terms and conditions of the prize giving vendor as well as Valley Loves.
Should the prize be specific to a wedding date and the vendor is currently booked on this date, it is up to the discretion of the prize giving vendor as to if they can offer the prize on another date or the prize is forfeited. The prize giver is not oblige to provide the prize or it’s value should the prize winner clash with an existing wedding date.
Valley Loves cannot be held liable for date clashes with prize giving vendors and this is to be discussed between prize giving vendors and prize winners.
Prizes are not transferrable for cash.
Once the prizes have been won, and the details provided to the prize giver by Valley Loves, Valley Loves is not responsible for the handling the correspondence between the prize giver and the prize winner.
Valley Loves cannot be held liable for prizes not provided by the prize winners due to business closure or financial difficulty.
