A short film OR slideshow (less than 1 minute) introducing yourself or showcasing what you offer, for couples visiting the virtual fair page. If you don’t wish to complete a video, thats fine, however we know video will work for you - EXAMPLE OF THIS VIDEO IS HERE. Please note that we prefer this short film/slideshow to be in horizontal format as it works better in your profile.
Send us 1-3 images to feature in your profile, your current logo and 100 words or less about your business

These assets will sit next to your profile on the virtual fair page. NOTE: we highly encourage you to be available on the fair day to chat to couples (via phone, zoom, facebook video chat etc) looking to book your services - we know this works based on our Yarra Valley virtual fair results

Would you like to offer a special or value add to couples visiting the virtual fair?

This is great to encourage bookings. Things like half deposits are a great idea at the moment for big items like photography where you then won't need to discount your services in the long run. We strongly suggest only including these offers to couples within 24 - 48 hours of the virtual fair so you can encourage them to book sooner and no deep discounting, as this is not what Valley Loves is about.

If you say yes to making your offer public, all couples and other vendors visiting the site will be able to see this information

Would you like couples to make an appointment to discuss your services with them?

We strongly suggest doing this to secure bookings on the day. We will come back to you separately with some software tools you can use on the day to make this a lot easier for couples to touch base and book you!

This can be the link to your calender software (like Calendly) to automatically make a time to chat with you on the day, or a link to your contact form/contact details on your website - however you wish for couples to engage with you.

Would you like to be a representative of your category for the online Q & A session?

Once we have nominations for each category (e.g photography/florist), we will be drawing names for this randomly to take part in the "expert panel" Q & A session. This involves recording a group Zoom online video call to answer questions we have from couples planning their day. This recording will be emailed to couples at the end of the virtual fair as another resource for their planning AND a value add to present you as experts in your field.

Would you like to become a sponsor and donate a prize for our prize pool? If so, please let us know the prize you would like to offer and its retail value.

Becoming a sponsor means you will appear first on your categories page at the fair, will receive extra shout outs on social media, and you will remain at the top of your categories page in the directory.
