Valley Loves have teamed up with Witchmount Estate and Windmill Gardens Receptions to bring you the Witchmount & Windmill Twilight Wedding Fair. This event will run on Wednesday, 7th April 2021 from 6pm.
FAQ’s
What is the size of a vendor stand?
Each vendor stand will be L 2.4 x D 1.5 x H 2.4
Does the stand have walls?
No. The stand is an open concept design, meaning you may wish to bring a backdrop as you may be backing on to another vendor.
What time should I get there to set up?
You can bump in from midday on 7th April, and need to be finished by 5pm.
Do I need to do anything in the lead up to the event?
Yes - we will be providing you will marketing collateral to help promote the event through your social media platforms. The more couples that know about this event, the more opportunities you have to lock in weddings.
Will you ratio the vendors to ensure limited competition?
Yes we ratio vendors in all of the events we run. We don’t want to overwhelm the couples, and we are passionate about ensuring all vendors have adequate opportunity to book work.
Can you recommend how I can achieve the best results from the Fair?
Ultimately regardless of the numbers of couples walking through the door, you have a great opportunity to secure bookings if you stay on your stand for the duration of the event, and provide couples with a good insight into what you do with marketing materials and examples of your work. Remember that Fairs/Expos can be overwhelming for couples at the start of their planning journey and they will remember you if you have provide them with your knowledge and expertise when they visit your stand.
